About The Gallery

Horton Hayes Fine Art at 30 State Street and Horton Hayes Fine Art Studio at 27 1/2 State Street are both located in the historic French Quarter of Charleston, South Carolina. For over a decade, the Gallery has featured original works by locally and nationally recognized artists.  Subject matter includes landscape, still-life and figurative pieces.  While many of the works depict Lowcountry scenes and themes, one may also find a range of images inspired by the diverse experiences, surroundings and travels of the artists we represent.

Co-owners Cynthia Hayes, Mark Kelvin Horton and Nancy Cagan Horton, have been operating Horton Hayes Fine Art for over 14 years and they are usually present in the gallery to answer any questions you may have and assist with your selections. They are personally acquainted with the artists and well versed in the range of their work. Whether you are a new or experienced collector or simply browsing through the gallery, they are a valuable link between the artists and those who enjoy and collect their work.
